Food Technology Programme has a goal to raise individuals that have current scientific knowledge and aware of social responsibilities and ethical values.
The graduates of Food Technology Programme are expected to have knowledge about monitoring, verification, research and development and risk analysis stages of production of especially meat and poultry, dairy, and seafood products.
