Job opportunities for the graduates of Food Technology Programme

The graduates of Food Technology Program have the opportunity to find employment in a wide range of public and private sector either national or international. The graduates can also study in specific public institutions such as Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Chambers of Commerce and Industry, and Small and Medium Enterprises Development Unit. One of the strengths of the programme is that the graduates will be able to find employment in various firms as an intermediate staff. In addition, customer demand is always present for food sector and thus the sector never loses its liveliness. Especially at private sector qualified intermediate members are more preferred. Food Technology Programme is a Bachelor’s Degree Programme (4 years) and thus graduates can continue their education at postgraduate level. Furthermore, according to the decision of the Ministry of Education, the graduates of Food Technology Programme can receive formation training in order to become a teacher in vocational high schools.
